UMRi provides excellent, economical equipment service for our customers. Our Team of Field Service Engineers command tremendous expertise in repairing our customers’ nuclear medicine systems in a timely manner. UMRi offers a variety of equipment service maintenance options customized to fit all our customer’s individual needs and budgets.

When working with UMRi, expect to spend 30% - 60% less on camera service, parts and maintenance compared to the OEM.

  • Full Service Maintenance:
  • Covers all components of camera system & system peripherals. Includes Parts / Labor / Travel / Clinical & Technical Support

  • Co-Op 1st Pass:
  • On-site equipment coverage split between customer’s In-House Engineers and UMRi’s Field Service Engineers. Includes Parts / Labor / Travel / Clinical & Technical Support.

  • Parts Only
  • Covers all system parts ordered through UMRi's Parts Department. Technical Support available upon request.

  • PM Only:
  • Covers predetermined amount of Preventative Maintenance visits.

  • Triple C (Capped Camera Coverage):
  • Predetermined allowable service hours, parts and technical support based on equipment type and pricing schedule.

  • T&M Preferred
  • Multi-system billable service discounts for labor hours, parts and travel.

  • Camera Moves
  • UMRi will de-install and reinstall your camera system across town or across the country. UMRi offers a climate controlled storage.

  • Equipment Training Programs
  • UMRi provides classroom/hands on training for clinical engineers. Training is conducted at the UMRi training center.
